Abolition of Digital Rights Management (DRM)

All DRM and similar schemes do are to encourage people to find ways to prevent loss by circumvention. DRM is the key issue in the DMCA, and the chief reason that our population is now breaking the law en masse. DRM itself also inhibits the rights of artists to have their works experienced in as close to a live act as possible.

Abolition of the DMCA and related subsequent provisions within copyright law

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998 provided for legal repercussions for circumvention of copy protection, as well as making backup copies of any media illegal. This act has resulted in the intimidation, prosecution, and/or conviction of tens of thousands of people in our country--people who are otherwise law-abiding and who are not interested in being labeled thieves or crooks for doing what the internet was intended to do: share ideas. This is therefore a First Amendment issue, being freedom of expression, and we call for a repeal of this highly illogical and vertically-oriented law on the grounds that it is simply a bad law.

Affirmative Action

No hiring, promotion, or placement quotas or set-asides will exist on the basis of race, religion, or gender identity in any government or private sector employment, nor in the enrollment, advancement, or scholarship opportunities of any college, university, or similar educational institution, public or private.

Airport Security

No amount of additional airport security can be effective if it is outside the control of American government, and therefore the American people. For that reason the NPA proposes that a series of airports be designated as entry points into the United States. Criteria for inclusion in this list would be the Airports ability to handle the traffic, the airports ability to handle the security, and the airport having approach routes that do not cross populated areas (preferably approaches over water).  At these entry points all passengers entering the country would  pass through US security before boarding a plane for destinations within the continental US. These entry points would also serve as customs and emigration check points. Subject to further research the NPA suggests the following airports: J.F.K., L.A.X., Houston International, and Miami International. A committee will be established to examine these Airports and other likely candidates. No international flight would be allowed to pass though US airspace without first passing through US security.

Citizenship

Full citizenship, including the right to vote, will be granted only to those who complete four years of armed forces or Home Guard service from the age of eighteen to twenty-two. Upon completion of the National Service requirement, all citizens are considered members of the standing militia.

Crime

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) will crack down on crime and restore public safety and confidence. We will free the police and courts from the politically correct straightjacket that is stopping them from doing their job properly.  The liberal fixation with the ‘rights’ of criminals must be replaced by concern for the rights of victims, and the right of innocent people not to become victims.  We support the re-introduction of corporal punishment for petty criminals and vandals, and the restoration of capital punishment for pedophiles as an option for judges in cases where their guilt is proven beyond dispute, as by DNA evidence or being caught red-handed. We would establish two degrees of guilt in legal judgements: "Guilty Beyond a Reasonable Doubt", which would allow an appeal, and "Guilty Beyond a Shadow Of Doubt", which would not allow appeal. We also want street gangs such as MS-13 be listed as Terrorist Organizations, and be treated as such; they are coming into this country illegally to commit crimes, they are as big a threat to the US as Al-Qaeda.

Foreign Policy

1.  Secret Agreements

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) believes it necessary that our government be prohibited from conducting secret negotiations or entering into secret treaties or agreements in any way binding on the United States.

2.  World Government

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) opposes United States membership in any organization, which in any way infringes on the sovereignty of the United States and its citizens.

3.  Foreign Aid

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) deems it a violation of the right of private property guaranteed under the Constitution for the federal government to deprive the citizens of this nation of their property through taxation or otherwise and make a gift thereof to foreign governments or their citizens.

4. Foreign Trade

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) is for cutting off all trade, aid and "recognition" of a state, which denies its citizens the right to leave and take their property with them.

5.  Military Posture

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) holds that the United States must maintain an invincible military position, since it is overwhelming military strength and a ready willingness to use it that has constituted throughout the ages the mightiest deterrent to aggression and the greatest bulwark for peace.

6.  War

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) opposes any U.S. military interference in any other country for more than seventy-two hours without a Declaration of War by the Congress.

Healthcare

Nationalist Party of America Health Care Plan

Once upon a time, America had affordable, quality healthcare. Doctor’s office visits were reasonable -- as were most hospital bills -- and even insurance premiums were fairly inexpensive. In fact, healthcare worked so well, that Medicare was created using the exact same system. Then, one day the big bad HMO came along and ruined healthcare as America knew it.

At first, doctors loved the HMOs. Under the creation of "networks," they were guaranteed patients. Even better, HMOs were exempt from many laws, including lawsuits. This meant that doctors operating under the umbrella of an HMO, no longer needed to carry malpractice insurance. What a savings this was! Malpractice insurance was expensive, and being able to operate without it was like winning the lottery for these doctors.

As we have come to learn from all fairytales, nothing is without consequence; every action has an equal – and opposite – reaction.

Under the HMOs’ rules, doctors could no longer tell their patients what was wrong with them. They had to report their findings to the HMOs, who of course, never told the patients. The idea was to make the patients pay out of their own pockets, by going outside the "network" to find out what was wrong with them. By the time many of them did this, it was too late – too much time had passed – and over the years, thousands of people died needlessly from advanced cancers and other conditions that could have been treated easily upon diagnosis, but were instead put off by pencil pushers in the HMOs.

This lead to Congress passing laws that allowed patients to sue their HMOs, and soon afterward, most of the HMOs dissolved; unable to stay in business in a world that did not allow them special favors. Currently, only five remain. The system they created, however, still remains in effect today; PPOs (Preferred Provider Organizations) - better known as networks - which cause our medical coverage to triple in price or more, are a lingering malady of the HMOs.

The lessons learned from this story, although sad, can still lead America to a happy ending. Let’s examine the facts; knowledge is power, and power is the key to returning this nation to the respected, independent superpower it once was.

By reading the healthcare reform platform of the Nationalist Party of America, You will understand not only how health insurance works in America, but also how the 8 Points of Healthcare Reform will return this nation to an inexpensive healthcare system that works very well.

Once most of you understand how insurance works, you will be outraged. You will understand why your rates go up, even though you may never use your health insurance. You will understand why your rates are many times more than they should be, and how America can return to premiums well under $100.00 a month.

Interested? Intrigued? Outraged? Simply curious? Read our 8 points below, to learn how the Nationalist Party of America can return this nation to a healthcare system that is not only affordable, but also easy to understand.

1.) Abolish HMOs

Health Management Organizations, or HMOs, arrived on scene around 1990, give or take a year or two, one side or the other. The HMOs opened up a whole new direction for healthcare in America; one that proved detrimental for many people – and in some cases – even deadly. They removed the responsibility from the doctors - of making decisions - instead, believing themselves more qualified to make these decisions than the doctors. In reality, however, it boiled down to profits; not medicine.

HMOs strictly regulate the healthcare that their policyholders have access to. This includes what doctors they may see, demanding "referrals" for additional diagnoses, what the doctors may (or may not) tell their patients, scheduling of procedures and the application of treatment itself. HMOs are basically small socialized medicine plans. That is why they have failed.

So, Obama’s healthcare plan is nothing but a giant, government-run and controlled, HMO.

Additionally, HMOs created PPOs, which triple the rates of healthcare, and reflect dramatically on the cost of insurance premiums. More info on that under Point 2.

2.) Abolish PPOs (networks)

Preferred Provider Organizations, or PPOs, are the main reason our healthcare is so expensive in this country. PPOs are also known as networks, and it is your insurance company’s network that your doctor accepts, not your insurance itself.

Insurance is universally accepted; any doctor will take any insurance, but they may not accept the PPO, which is critical to getting your bill reduced. Therefore, you may still end up with a huge bill if you are "out of network."

PPOs are nothing more than price reducers for health insurance. Think of it this way: as a small business owner, you buy products at the dealer cost but resell them at the retail price. Insurance is no different.

When the HMOs created PPOs, they guaranteed doctors all of their patients. The catch was that they must give those patients a discount. The result was, that just as in a yard sale where you mark up the price of a table expecting to be talked down to what you want for it, doctors began charging 3-4 times as much for their services, expecting what they wanted after price "negotiations."

This is why when you look at a medical bill, you see the total, the dollar amount your insurance paid, the amount not covered by insurance, and a balance due of $0. The amount not covered falls into the "markup," and you think your insurance has paid the whole thing, when in reality: you’ve probably already paid it yourself, ahead of time, in overpriced premiums.

3.) Abolish associations

Associations are third party companies that are typically owned by the insurance companies. Associations actually own and retain your insurance policy. What you are getting is a Certificate of Coverage, not a real policy. Here’s why:

The owner of the policy is the only entity that can allow non-regulated rate increases. Therefore, if the insurance company wants to increase your rates or drop you, all they have to do is ask the owner of the policy. It’s not you; it’s the association. The insurance company contacts them and asks their permission, not yours, to raise your rates!

There are only two insurance companies left in America that actually issue a real policy to you: United American and Reserve National. If you aren’t covered under either of these companies, you can be dropped or have your rates increased for any (no) reason, and you have no say-so in this.

4.) Abolish trend factoring

The average person goes to the doctor or hospital for something major, once every 8.5 years. Insurance companies are not stupid; far from it, and they have developed a formula to get the most bang for their buck: the trend factor.

Thanks to associations, you will see a typical rate increase of 20% each year, across the board, for everyone. On top of this, is an increase known as trend factoring. Here’s how it works:

Trend factors range from 18% - 23% each year. This means that from Year 1 to Year 5, your rates are supposed to triple. The idea is to get as much money in premium from you before you cost them money (5 years as opposed to 8.5), and then get you to go somewhere else and start over because your rates are so high. The trend factor is in addition to the standard rate increase. Unless you are young and perfectly healthy, you will see your rate increase up to 43% a year. Calculate your rates when you first started with your current company, and compare the increase annually with your current bill. Now, you can better understand why your rates are so high, and why they continue to climb.

Trend factors operate on little to no use of your insurance. If you use your insurance extensively, say for a major operation or cancer, you may very well find yourself dropped due to something called an escape clause. Let’s learn about those next.

5.) Abolish escape clauses

Most insurance policies have in them somewhere, something called an escape clause. This means that they can drop you at any time, for any reason, and there is nothing you can do about it. This typically happens while you are in the middle of a serious claim. What good is insurance if they can cancel you when you need it most?

6.) Make doctor and prescription copays optional, not standard

Another beast to emerge from the HMOs is the copay. Under the guise of smoke and mirrors, we are led to believe that we are getting something for nothing. Here’s how life works: you NEVER get something for nothing! Let’s examine copays:

Let’s deal in Monopoly money for a minute. Every month, you give me a dollar, whether you go to the doctor or not. On top of that, when you DO go to the doctor, you give him a quarter. Is that a good deal? Of course not. Now, let’s add some zeros to that and deal in real money.

Every month, you pay $80 - $120 in your premium, toward copays. This is whether you use them or not. When you do go, you pay an additional $15, $25, or $35 depending on your plan, to see the doctor. So, you’ve spent $1,200 extra in your premium each year, to also give the doctor another $25 when you do actually go, and you think it’s a great deal, don’t you?

It’s not. The average person doesn’t need insurance coverage for the nickel and dime items. Their main concern is for catastrophic coverage; the heart attacks, transplants and cancers. Why then, should they be forced to pay extra premium each month for copays they may not use?

Let’s make those copays optional. If people just have to have them, make them available, but also offer the exact same policy without the doctor and prescription copays.

7.) Stop using emergency rooms as doctors’ offices for Medicaid and the uninsured

One of the biggest wastes of money in the healthcare system is the use of hospitals as doctors’ offices. This not only ties up the ER for true emergencies, but it racks up huge debts every year that are simply written off (and incorporated into our costs when we use the hospital for real treatment) by the medical system.

Here’s how we stop that:

The law states that anyone who seeks treatment at an ER must be accepted. This leaves huge gaps in the system. If, for example, someone on Medicaid needs a checkup, they are required to pay a copay at their doctor, just like you and I. If they go to the ER, however, it’s free. This needs to be stopped.

Since anyone can be admitted to the ER, many people will give a false name and leave after treatment, but before documentation can be verified. This includes illegal aliens and American lowlifes looking for free treatment. By doing this, it is impossible to bill the patients, and we absorb the costs into our healthcare.

ER stands for Emergency Room, and it needs to operate as such. Under our plan, true emergencies, such as accident victims, would still receive the treatment they need, regardless of identity, but abuses of the system will cease.

8.) Return to a build-a-policy system with low, per-incident deductibles

Prior to the HMOs coup of the healthcare system in this country, both healthcare and health insurance were cut and dry. This is why Medicare was patterned after this system; it not only worked, it worked very well.

There are two types of medical insurance; limited benefit and major medical. Limited benefit pays on a per-incident deductible, with low deductibles and no lifetime maximum, but with limits to each malady. You see this in Medicare, which is why you need supplements.

Major medical insurance simply means that you pay everything out of pocket until you reach your deductible. After that, the insurance company pays 100% of usual and customary charges.

Here is where you are being fooled: Due to group policies and a few individual policy companies on the market, we are led to believe that major medical means all-inclusive coverage; that is, doctor and prescription copays, free screenings, payouts on big bills etc., but the truth of the matter is that none of those things actually constitutes major medical insurance!

The Great Illusion

Healthcare and magic have much in common: First, both use smoke and mirrors to confuse the audience and give the illusion that one thing is happening - while in reality -something else is actually going on behind the scenes, creating a completely different outcome from your visual perception and expectations.

Second - just like with magic - once you expose the illusions of healthcare and explain how they work, the overall picture becomes crystal clear, and the once-mysterious realm of copays and coinsurance now becomes almost silly in its simplicity. Just as forklifts are responsible for levitation in magic acts, huge monthly premiums explain how copays and "covered" procedures really work.

If Harry Houdini owned an insurance company, you would be wowed by the apparent coverage you were getting. Likewise, if the "blue insurance company" sponsored a magic show, you would be amazed at how fast your money disappeared.

By exposing the illusions of health insurance, we at the Nationalist Party of America hope that we have armed you with the knowledge to use your current insurance better, and to stand with us when it comes time to present this platform to the world. It is not a difficult concept to grasp once you understand it, and it is important that aside from the built in ripoffs that we currently see, that we keep a free market healthcare system in America.

America is the last nation on Earth that still operates its healthcare in this manner, and this is the sole reason that the pharmaceutical companies are based here. Without profits, there is no motive for these companies to continue spending billions of dollars a year in research. This means that under Obama’s plan, there will no longer be a need to find that cure for cancer, AIDS or Alzheimer’s. Medical research will be eviscerated as well.

Curing the disease by killing the patient is not an option.

In conclusion: In addition to these eight primary points, the Nationalist Party of America plans to use the National Service program of our platform to train nurses and medical technicians who, using the best and most modern medical diagnostic technology, can man medical clinics open 24 hours a day, seven days a week in every neighborhood throughout our nation, administering basic first aid and treatment and dispensing medications for minor injuries and colds, flu, and other ailments which don't necessarily require a medical doctor. The 24/7 clinics will operate on a discount, pay as you go basis. This will remove the strain that the uninsured or underinsured place on emergency rooms, as well as regular doctor's offices. National health care will not fund any abortions.

Immigration

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) calls for better border security and stopping illegal immigration. We call for the following:

  • 10-year moratorium on all legal immigration at a level below 250,000 per year.
  • A 2000-mile double-line electric fence and barricade wall between the United States and Mexico, delineating a patrolled frontier zone occupied by U.S. military forces.
  • A federally legislated end to all social welfare benefits for illegal aliens, except for emergency medical services.
  • A crackdown on major businesses that chronically hire illegal aliens and the elimination of deductibility for all wages paid to illegals.
  • A federal law to restate the true meaning of the 14th Amendment through inclusion of a clause limiting natural born citizenship to the children of legal U.S. citizens.
  • A policy allowing immigrants to bring in only spouses and minor dependent children to the United States.
  • An end to dual citizenship in the United States and any other country.
  • A deportation program beginning with all aliens convicted of felonies and every gang member who is not a citizen of the United States, and continuing with all aliens who are in the United States illegally.
  • No work visas will be issued at any time when the national unemployment rate is higher than 5%, and existing work visas will be cancelled whenever the national unemployment rate reaches 10%.

Military

No male can enlist in any combat or combat-related duty in the armed forces of the United States unless he has a son to carry on his name. Further, no females can enlist in the armed forces but as nurses, doctors, or other non-combat related roles. Homosexuals and non-citizens will be prohibited from serving in the military. The Home Guard, similar in duty to the National Guard, but not deployable overseas, may include males without male offspring. Home Guard service will also satisfy National Service citizenship requirements, and rank may be transferred to the regular armed forces if and when a male heir is born.

Monetary Policy

The United States dollar will return to the gold standard, rather than existing as fiat currency. The Federal Reserve, currently a private banking and lending institution, will be nationalized and regulated according to our nation’s best interests. Unsecured lines of credit, such as credit cards issued by banks, will be legally limited to interest rates not to exceed double the interest rates of secured lines of credit offered by the same institutions. Usury, the practice of charging exorbitant interest rates or fees on monetary loans, will become a criminal offense.

Reform of Copyright

Copyright is flagrantly abused around the world, has an unreasonable term length, and is used to prevent, rather than promote, innovation. This is directly counter to its stated intent in the beginning, of protecting authors' works. Additionally, the right of use should never be in question; merely the right to be credited. The term should be reverted to the original length of 14 years at most.

Reform of Patent

Patent is abused extensively around the world, has become the chief legal means to suppress innovation, and is largely to blame for stymieing technological progress. The practice of shelving a patent (failing to develop a patented idea which competes with one's own ideas instead of developing both and allowing innovation to spring from them) is abhorrent, and needs to be curtailed within the law. Patents which fail to be developed or have significant progress in any four-year term should be unenforceable.

Reform of Trademark

Trademarks are abused around the world, in that they contain elements which are protected by either copyright or patent. A single protection for trademarks should exist, and fair use provisions made as with copyright. Trademarks should also not appear as the central issue on any dispute not arising from fraud.

Rejection of the Concept of Online Piracy

The idea that sharing anything online is piracy is absurd on its face. Actual piracy requires forceful and aggressive acts, committed against those who would keep a cargo safe from harm. The cargo in this case is the freedom to act. We would take it from those who jealously guard it for themselves and divide it amongst everyone in the country.

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) wants to repeal laws, which do not serve those on our boat. The trick of it is: we're all in the same boat. It is in service to those on our boat (the Earth) that we aim to help.

We are not willing to accept that file sharing should be banned (and will take steps, once we have party members in office, to ensure that any laws in this regard are adamantly opposed, since technology isn't the problem, but rather education about what its proper use is). On the other hand, we do agree that there is a significant amount of wrong being done to our rights in the name of protecting those whose sole aim for over 50 years has been the control and manipulation of human minds. Brainwashing our population is against our national interest in maintaining a Republic.

Right to Assemble

Peaceful assembly is guaranteed by our Constitutional First Amendment, just as free speech and free press is. Permits to protest should only be necessary if protests are planning to be disruptive (marching down streets, etc.). Police should not have a right to--though they are currently not prohibited from--disrupting the exercise of the expression of unpopular free speech. This also covers community organization, where the political and other needs of a community sometimes requires localized political activism. People need to be able to know that what they believe can be supported; and they need to know that what they believe can be correct--or corrected.

Right to Free Press

Speech is protected under our Constitution, even unpopular speech, though action carries with it consequences. However, recent erosion of the First Amendment by inattentive lawmakers has led to a suppressive ideology that endangers journalistic freedoms (a necessary freedom in order to keep governments, political parties, and every other organization honest).

News agencies, which seek to misreport the news, cannot be trusted to serve the best interests of the people, but there is a difference between news and entertainment. News agencies should have the freedom to decide which is which. However, news agencies should also be restricted from becoming the mouthpieces of special interest.

One of the major issues is the limitation of small media outlets. Big media should not control 80% of the market; there should be a limit to the amount of the market that large networks control in any area.

Right to Government Access

The population should not have to trade its right to transparency for the right to access. Not all answers can be obtained from reading words on a page. People within a governing body should answer to the people. Those who fail to answer to the people are inhibiting democracy in our republic. This right would include the opportunity to exercise judicial review by the citizenry, including censure or removal from the bench, if any judge has more than three decisions reversed by a superior court.

Right to Government Transparency

The population should at all times understand what a governing body is doing, with or to whom it is doing these things, and for what reasons. Though there is a need for national security for so long as there are enemies outside of our borders, there should never be any issue with ordinary citizens who need information. Likewise, the responsibility of citizens is to ensure that information, which is of a sensitive nature is handled in a sensitive manner, so that it does not fall into the hands of those who would misuse such information to harm human life.

Right to Privacy

Regulatory bodies are by their very nature governing. They should therefore be prohibited from interfering in a person's private affairs. However, people should remember that their private affairs should remain private. Passwords, encryption, and other forms of electronic privacy should be afforded the same privileges as sealed envelopes.

Right to Protest

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) would like to underscore the right to hold a peaceful protest without a permit, per the First Amendment right to peaceable assembly.

While protests should be visible and potentially annoying, they should not disrupt the normal lives of others. However, the definition of "disruptive" is far too broad to allow for a Constitutional exercise of rights. While the Nationalist Party of America (NPA) disagrees with the ideals of groups such as anarchists and communists, we thoroughly support the right to speak out against us, the government, politicians, and the way something is wrong. To paraphrase and apply Voltaire: we do not agree with many protest platforms, though we would defend to the death their right to have them. Unpopular ideas and opinions are the right of all who are free-thinking.

Thomas Jefferson, had this to say about protests against the government:

"... God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty.... And what country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure."

Scholarships

Free full College or University scholarships, or skilled job training, will be provided to those who are active participants in the National Service program. Those who remain in the National Service program following their mandatory four-year citizenship service may receive graduate and postgraduate level educational scholarships.

Second Amendment

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) shall strongly support the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution. America is one of the few nations on earth with the right to keep and bear arms. That right is largely responsible for our independence and sovereignty. Our enemies envy us our success and would deny it so that we become reduced to their level. We wholeheartedly support 2nd Amendment rights as guaranteed by the United States Constitution and as given to us by Almighty God. We hold this to be an individual's right. No law is legitimate that restricts this right. In keeping with this belief, we will call for repeal of all Federal Gun legislation and nullification of all state laws that are not in accordance with an individual's Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

As a foundation block of the Constitution, it is imperative this freedom remain unhindered so our liberty and independence remain unfettered. The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) must actively work to impeach any politician who would deny the Second amendment since he is not upholding his oath "…to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States," and would allow the tyranny of government to prevail. The Second Amendment is the ultimate persuader against a politician or party intent upon domestic mischief or skullduggery.

Separation of Intellect from Property

The term "intellectual property" implies that ideas can be owned and controlled. This is directly counter to the aims of a free and free-thinking society. Thoughts cannot be owned. Expression should never be controlled, even while those who innovate should be given credit where credit is due. We thus reject the term when applied to copyright, patent, and trademark as an all-inclusive idea; likewise, we will not support any legislation which uses this corruptive all-encompassing term.

Social Services

Any person receiving any form of public assistance, or the parent of any minor receiving public assistance, who is physically able to do so, must either be gainfully employed or serve in a National Service or community service program for the duration of their assistance.

Taxation

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) calls for the abolition of the IRS, the Income Tax, and all Property Taxes.  We support the creation of a national sales tax of 23% to fund the federal government and restricting states to levying a state sale tax of no more the 5%.  Family households of lawful U.S. residents would receive a "Family Consumption Allowance" (FCA) based on family size (regardless of income) that is equal to the estimated total Federal Sales Tax paid.  In addition, tariffs of 30% will be levied on all products produced outside the US. This tariff will apply to any imported product whenever it crosses the U.S. border, regardless of ownership of the product. Exemptions may be applied for in cases where products of comparable kind and quality are not produced in the United States.

Traditional Values

Marriage will be defined as the legal union and partnership of a man and a woman. Domestic partnerships between homosexuals will not be recognized by law.

Veterans

The Nationalist Party of America (NPA) wants to ensure that veterans receive full funding for their most important needs, including healthcare that is indexed to the increasing cost of care and medicine. We would make sure that all soldiers receive a full medical diagnosis to assess what their individual needs would be. We would also make sure that the VA system is fully financed and has sufficient well-trained personnel to provide the finest care that is available.
